Is Cargo Triple Action Mascara an Eyelash Triple Threat? - Makeup and Beauty Blog

Cargo doesn't get enough beloved… That'south what I've always thought. They're similar an extra who yous KNOW deserves summit billing in big blockbusters but keeps getting saddled with bit parts in movies that go direct to DVD.

And I swear to Tabs they have my house bewitched! It's like they're watching me blitz in the mornings because so many of their products are designed to save time, like their new Triple Action Mascara ($20, available in a single shade called Black).

New for fall, it's supposed to do it all, a regular triple threat, able to thicken, lengthen AND curl. Yes, actually roll, or so they claim, similar a lash curler.

Is that even possible??

Cargo says it is, thank you to "avant-garde pigment and styling polymer technology!" — and a special brush.

I'm the type of gal who'll use multiple mascaras to get a great lash look, but I'm non married to the idea. If a single mascara really could do information technology all, I'd definitely prefer that (hallelujah!).

I graced my sparse, stick-direct, boilerplate-length lashes with Triple Action a lot last weekend, and wouldn't ya know it? My honey Cargo only didn't come up through (this time).

I like the shade (it's black; what'due south not to similar?) and the polish, lump-costless formula, but honestly, that's about information technology.

Because Cargo claims it curls, I tried information technology sans lash curler and but saw the slightest, almost imperceptible change in scroll. Equally for thickness and length, at that place wasn't much of those either.

By the terminate of the days I'd worn Triple Action, my lower lashline was a smudgy mess. I'm talking "please don't feed the raccoon!" Boo! 🙁
